I have searched and searched but have not found an answer yet but I was wondering if there is any way to empty out the deleted items located in the recover deleted items folder? Currently staff is manually highlighting and deleting items in this file but some have over 1000 emails in this folder. I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter. Thank you, Melanie

Melanie, Your email administrator should set reasonable limits for "Deleted Items Retention". Users should not have to worry about such things. To find out more search on this subject. Regards.

Move the mailbox in question to another mail database, that'll delete all retained items.
