Recommended best practice for creating accts for devices
Gurus,I'm running into this more and more on my network, where I have devices needing to email different docs... scanners emailing scanned docs, customer maint app needing to email reports or statements to customers, etc.Up til now, I have been creating an actual AD user acct and creating a mailbox for it is well, then having the deice use those credentials to send mail.Are there issuses with doing it this way? Is there a better way I should be doing this?Thanks for the time,-Michael
