Please use Messaging Tracking tool to narrow down the cause a. EMC->Toolbox-> Messaging Tracking b. Choose RECEIVE and SEND to track the mail 2. Increase eventlog level to get more detailed info for analysis, see what you can get in the application log after reproduce the issue a. Go to EMS b. Check current logging level: get-eventLogLevel c. Increase level for Transport Service: get-EventLogLevel MSExchangeTransport |set-eventLog -Level High 3. Set protocol logging to record SMTP mail flow for analysis a. Go to Hub->EMC->Organization Configuration->Hub Transport b. Send Connectors->right-click Default-First-Site-Name to Internet->choose Properties c.
