Is it possible to limit a member of the Recipient Administrator group to manage only a single (sub)domain of our company?

You need to configure split permission in your environment in that case, you can set permissions at more granularity like at OU level also... Refer below article for further information on it. Updated: Recipient permission delegation in Exchange Server 2007 http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/02/12/435171.aspx You can use built-in script ConfigureSplitPerms.ps1 to apply permission at domain or OU level. Below is an example... .\ConfigureSplitPerms.ps1 -User DomainName\UserName -Identity "DC=SubDomain,DC=DomainName,DC=com" Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
