Recipient Update Service Exchange 2003
Recently, when creating new user accounts, the email addresses are not populating in the account, resulting in the account not getting added to the Global Address Book. In the Application event log on the Windows 2003 R2 Exchange server I see this entry; Event Type: Error Event Source: MSExchangeAL Event Category: LDAP Operations Event ID: 8270 Date: 6/29/2011 Time: 10:40:29 AM User: N/A Computer: MSJ-MAIL Description: LDAP returned the error [32] Insufficient Rights when importing the transaction dn: <GUID=A986EED00A9B3A4FA150C4CF2BE0F5E6> changetype: Modify textEncodedORAddress:c=US;a= ;p=Matrix Companies;o=MATRIX1;s=Kiely;g=Sara; msExchPoliciesIncluded:add:{B4193D8D-0924-4C3B-867C-467546C0F13F},{26491CFC-9E50-4857-861B-0CB8DF22B5D7} : {22BAE4F7-34A8-4851-B9D6-F90DBCC55C9B},{3B6813EC-CE89-42BA-9442-D87D4AA30DBC} showInAddressBook:add:CN=All Users,CN=All Address Lists,CN=Address Lists Container,CN=Matrix Companies... : CN=Default Global Address List,CN=All Global Address Lists,CN=Address Lists Cont... msExchALObjectVersion:58 objectGUID:A986EED00A9B3A4FA150C4CF2BE0F5E6 - DC=matrix,DC=local Can anyone offer a solution to this issue?

Hi, 1. Could you please run ExBPA for the permission check and health check to release any errors? 2. Run Setup.exe /domainprep to reset all the permission for the exchange server.
