Recipient Update Policy.....
Dear All,I have a requirement where we need touser multiple mailing domains on the same exchange Server.Can I apply recipeint policy on per OU basis,So I can have policy based on the particular OU and with Particular mailing domain.I need the steps for Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007 for both.Abhishek

Recipient Policy cannot be created on OU basis. Yes. You can either use AD attributes such as Office Description or Custom Attributes and then create policy to stamp mailboxes with these attributes in Exchange 2007.And if yourexchange 2003mailbox store is arrangewith OU.like One OU,one mailbox store.Then when you create a recipient policy, you can modify the "filter rule" through "store" tab.Frank Wang
