Can this be accomplished? I need to create a recipient policy that will delete 2 users mail after 7 days. It will work if I have a separate policy for each user but my question is, can it be done with 1 policy? It just seems that I should be able to accomplish this task with 1 policy.Thank you,Scott

Scott, You can try to assign a custom attribute to that 2 users with the same value and then make a filter which selects the users with the specific custom attribute and value Johan
