Recent Room list in Outlook Web Access
I am running Outlook Web Access release 8.1.375.2. In the Calendar, when creating a new Meeting Request, on the Scheduling Assistant tab, if I click on the Select Rooms spot, one of the options is "Add all recent rooms" which will copy a number of recently used room resources into the list below "Select Rooms". Is there a way to delete one or all the rooms in the "recent rooms" list? My list keeps getting longer and contains rooms I would rather remove from this list to use this feature more effectively.

Hi Gary, I would like to explain when you clicking Add all recent rooms, all of the room-type resource stored in your OWA autocomplete cache are displayed below Select Rooms. Therefore,if you would like to remove one rooms from the "Recent Rooms" list, you need to remove it from OWA autocomplete cache. The OWA autocomplete cache is saved in a hidden message in your mailbox. You can remove it by using MFCMapi tool:1. Run MFCMapi and logon user's mailbox (The Profile should be online mode)2. Open Mailbox3. Right click Root Container and click Open Associated Contents Table4. Locate a message which message Class is IPM.Configuration.OWA.RoomsCache5. Locate the 0x7C080102 property and clear the value of theproperty to remove all the roomsThanks,Mike
