Today a weird thing happened for one user. He started receiving multiple (Like 10-20) copies of old received emails in his inbox. It's almost as if Outlook is retreiving the emails but doesn't know that copy already exists. Some emails were from a few months ago. I'm not sure what to search for to find out why this is happening.

It's Exchange 6.5.7638.1 (Exchange 2003 SBS) And Outlook 2003 It's as of now not affecting any other user that I am aware of.

Please go and create new outlook profile in the pc and and the exchange account again. and check if its happeing still.Dishan M. Francis, Senior Technology Consultant
