Hi All, Some time we are receiving the blank mails without body of the message. Checked the below setting: 1. These are internal mail. No anti-Spam filtering. 2. Disabled firewall. 3. Disabled antivirus. 4. Disabled E-Mail Scanning. some time automatically problem will get rectified but again after some days same will happen. I am not able to find any clue on this. what might be the problem?

What about when you check with OWA for sender and member of DL also. Did you check . Also when you see same behaviour I will suggest you to install this patch . An e-mail message has a blank body when you use Outlook Web Access 2003 to access a mailbox in Exchange Server 2003: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948078 Also Uninstall any Outlook based software, especially the PGP software if you're using it or any third party add-ins on members of DL to whom you are facing issue.Anil

Besides the OWA testing, what’s the message format when the sender of DL composed the messages? Please try to send the test mail with other message formats, and monitor the resultJames Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com

It could be one of several potential issues: A particular Outlook plug-in, especially the PGP Outlook software, is not compatible with Outlook 2003. As the plug-in software processes the e-mail, it errors and destroys the body, leaving a blank e-mail. The client might be trying to send in Microsoft Rich Text or HTML format and your user can only recieve in plain text. Or the sender might be trying to use Word to send plain text. You can also try running the command regsvr32 inetcomm.dll to see if this resolves the issue on the client's workstation. Really need some more information on the email server and how you are receiving email to be of assistance.

This problm occurs only when we are sending the mail to one perticular group. Some of the group member will get the body of the mail some of them will get blank mail. I recreated the group with the same name, but problem is same. Regards, Joy.
