Recalled Email Failure notice stuck in Outlook Inbox
I am running Exchange 2010 and users are using Outlook 2010. One user sent out a message and then tried to recall it. They received a "Message Recall Failure" notice. However they cannot delete the message recall failure notice email. I've tried deleting it from OWA as well as Outlook. I've turned off cached Exchange mode and I still can't delete the message. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Whenever I try to delete it I just get an error that says "Some items cannot be deleted. They were either moved or already deleted, or access was denied." Vincent Sprague

I was able to "ignore" the message and it was removed from the inbox and didn't even show up in the deleted items folder. Not sure why that worked and deleting the message did not.Vincent Sprague
