Reading and replying to an email through a server
i work in a small office and all the computers use microsoft outlook express, we are having problems as our email we recieve are fairly large, we want to be able to use a server were our email will be saved to, and for our computers to be able to access this server to read and reply to emails while they stay saved on the server, how do we do this, will i need a additional program to do this, and is it actually possible?

I'm not sure the technet forums are the best place to answer this question. You just described an email server. Of course, Exchange is an email server and can do this. If you are a technician I'd suggest checking out www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/training/exchange-server.aspx to learn how Exchange works. If you are not, I'd suggest hiring help for this matter. But for small offices, www.Microsoft.com/sbs might be the product for you.
