Read vs unread
Hello,I have an additional mailbox in my outlook and when receiving an new email in that mailbox, my colleagues and myself get the new email as unread. It happens that some colleagues read the new email without taking any actions for our clients. I would like to know if somehow it would be possible to track who (firstname + lastname) did mark the new emails (unread) to read??and what can I do as administrator or simple user... thanks all fior you help.

Individual mailbox item level auditing is not possible natively in Exchange and you may need to use some third-party utility to investigate who are accessing mailbox items and making changes... Some of the third-party utilities are here... http://www.quest.com/InTrust-Plug-in-for-Exchange/ http://www.quest.com/changeauditor-for-exchange/ Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
