Please describe the exchange topology Does the issue happen to all mailboxes on the exchange 2010 SP1 server, including the newly created mailbox? Does the issue happen among the mailboxes that host in the exchange 2010 SP1 server? we have 3 mail servers, 2 are exchange 2007 SP2 and 1 is exchange 2010 not all the mailboxes, but most of it, including newly created mailbox. use owa also have this issue

i have find that in the wrong format read receipt it miss (Content-Type: application/ms-tnef; name="winmail.dat") how can i add it to the message
