Read Receipt date format in Exchange 2007
We have a slight problem in Exchange Server 2007 which has been confusing our users. Read receipts are always returned with a US date format of MM/DD/YYYY rather than a UK date format of DD/MM/YYYY. The regional settings are set correctly on the servers and clients. I have also checked one of our clients Exchange 2007 systems and it posesses the same behaviour so it may be a bug in Exchange. Can anyone tell me how to set the "read receipt" date format correctly for the region? Any ideas would be appreciated. A sample is below. _____________________________________________From: User1Sent: 16 July 2007 19:27To: User2Subject: Read: test Your message was read on 7/16/2007 7:26 PM.

Now you know how us Yanks feel when we come across the pond to your side. Do you have more than one Exchange server in your organization? It sure seems like it should be reading the time/date format from the local server settings. I'll inquire with some other people I know and see if I can get a better answer than "it should be working."
