I have the below issue with one of my user. 1. Exchange server 2007 SP3 2. Microsoft Outlook 2007 SP2 3. ActiveSync activated 4. User's mail database size around 1.5 GB 5. iPad 2 is used to synchronize exchange email via MobileIron VSP 4.5.4 6. iPad2 mail days to sync = No limit On the day of setting up the mobile device, all emails were sync to the mobile device with the read/unread count tally between mobile device and MS Outlook. After 24 hours, iPAD updates with all new emails but the unread email count compared between iPad2 and MS Outlook doesn't tally.We had ruled out it is device issues as we had performed cross provisioning on iPad and the New iPad and the problem persisted. When we set the email on iPad from read to unread and it sync to the exchange server and access via MS Outlook, it reflect as unread correctly but after reading the email from MS Outlook, it remain as unread. I seek your kind expert advise for resolutions. Thanks.
