Re deployment of Outlook 2003 under Small Business Server 2003 after uninstall of Outlook 2003 on client machine
I have recently started setting up Small Business Serer 2003 on a network of about 12 workstations running XP Pro.On two, after successfully deploying Outlook 2003, I encountered a problem and decided to uninstall and redeploy the client applications.Thereinstall keeps failing without an error message. On the remainder the original deployment was successful. The sequence I have been following is Delete the client workstation from the Server.Set up again using the Network Id button under My Computer, Computer Name tab.Restart the machine and log on as an authorised user.Assign the client applications to the client machine on the ServerLog off and on to the client machine.Click on the Start Now button to load the client applications. This finishes with the limited message that the Outlook 2003 load has failed.I cannot find the Outlook application file on the client machine although most of the associated office tools are present. What do I need to do to get the client machine to fully accept Outlook 2003 again?
