I had to dead brain my computer and in the process I lost my Office 2010 package.  I did pay for the back-up DVD but never recieved it.  I have managed to download a trial version (60 days) of the program, but it will not accept my valid key code from my HUP version that I purchased. I still have the Order # along with the original Key #.  It was purchased through HUP because I work for the FAA and I still have the op#.  I purchased it originally on 4/12/2011.  What are my options?  Is it possible to get this program to work with out having to pay for it again?

your HUP product key will be for the ProPlus edition - and this isn't suitable for the Pro edition offered for trials.
You'll need to uninstall the trial as your key won't ever work with that edition.

There are several links offering help with HUP, including a link at the bottom of the page (for USA) titled "Customer Support", which opens an FAQ page.

Essentially, it says that you should request a re-send of the HUP email which will give you the link you need.
You will need to use your original company/enterprise/organisation email address, as only that is valid for your claim.

I have exactly the same problem as stated in the opening question, except I also kept hold of the program code, and the original HUP email.

The HUP email does have a download link provided for the office 2010 HUP, but these days, it appears to have been removed completely from the microsoft site, and the link takes you to a page saying it no longer exists.

Is there any way for me to get hold of the link for the installer? I have my product ID and key, so I only need the right install files to get it working again.

Hi David, since Office2013 has been released, and MSFT have also changed how and where they host the HUP products, and registration/account changes have also occurred, you may need to purchase HUP again, which would provide you with the newer product and registration/account, etc.
