We encounter an issue : 

Random Blank email body in some emails not all from different senders inside/outside corporate network.

the blank email is visible in OWA but not in outlok 2007 client SP3 MSO.

Run outlook in safe mode : KO doesnt work .

disable all addon and try again : KO doesnt work .

open mailbox in another computer and check if the email appear correctly : KO doesnt work.

go to tools / trust center/ automatic download / uncheck " don't download pictures automatically in html email messages " : KO doesnt work.

other action / view in browser : an empty page is shown in the browser IE.

right click in the body of the message / show source => a blank notpad file is opened with the name email.txt in filename.

Hi,

By "KO doesn't work", do you mean that the issue persists after trying these steps?

Since the emails are blank while opening in IE, it's probably that the OST-file is corrupt. Please exit Outlook, navigate to the following path:

drive:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

Find and rename the .ost file to .old and then restart Outlook to sync a new one. After that, open the messages to see if the issue persists.
