Hi Guys, At the moment i have a problem whereby emails coming in for, say a particular user, he/she will get the emails sometimes and some other times they dont.This only happenes randomly and to random users. Hi Leif, I have had a look, the current setting on the Exchange Server is that "llow non-delivery reports" is not checked so i can't get these at all. Please advise. Regards Mike
