Random Database Failover

Hi All,

At the moment at random times my databases' are failing over to the other server. This appears to be at no specific time or moment and can happen to any database.

I have used the CollectOverMetrics script and cannot see any information and Event Viewer doesn't show much apart from it beginning to failover. No Reasoning as to what triggered it.

Is there any other methods people are aware of I could use to try and work this out?

Try this command, it will repair your index

Update-MailboxDatabaseCopy -Identity Databasename\MailboxserverName -CatalogOnly

Hope this helps

I would look the Managed Availability logs.

Just curious, how do you know the databases failed over and is it causing you a problem?

Unfortunately due to some unforseen issues in our datacenter our 2nd MBX is under spec'd by quite a bit, the minute it fails over mailboxes go offline and issues arise etc.

Thanks for your suggestions guys I will take another look
