We are running Exchange 2003 SP2 and have over 30 RUS policies. Randomly, our RUS stamps a user account with the following: lastnamefirstnamemiddleinitial instead of what the RUS policy specifies alias OR %1g.%s etc. I have not found anything online that speaks to this particular issue. If we remove the mailbox and recreate it, the RUS will stamp the user account correctly. Any ideas? TIA, erpara
