Hi,

Would you means Receive Side Scaling?
Which version are your used? In Windows server 2008 R2, Receive-Side Scaling is enabled by default for adapter.
Please run netsh int tcp show global to query for the receive-side scaling status.
More details please refer to:
TCP Chimney Offload, Receive Side Scaling, and Network Direct Memory Access features in Windows Server 2008, for your reference: http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/951037
