I've exported mailboxes to PST with Exchange 2007 before -- It has to be done from Powershell and a 32-bit system. But how do I dump a mailbox from a RSG to a PST? Is it even possible with Exchange 2007? Thanks!

You can try to use ExMerge, while not supported it will work or check out Lucid8's DigiScope http://www.lucid8.com/product/digiscope.asp which will allow you to open an Offline Exchange database so that you can Browse, Search, Export Mailboxes, Folders and Individual items to PST, MSG & XML or you can use DigiScope to migrate the data directly from the offline Exchange database into a Production Exchange server and can even do cross version migrations i.e. 2003 --> 2010 etc

Mailboxes that are in a database that has been mounted in an RSG cannot be connected to Active Directory directory service accounts. These mailboxes have to be merged into existing mailboxes, or copied to a folder in an existing mailbox.
