Hi,

According to your description, I understand that get an critical error RPC Requests failed (%) by Solarwinds SAM, however all storage I/O is fine.
If I misunderstand your concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Most built-in Windows services communicate with each other using RPC. For example, certificate services, FRS, MSMQ, MAPI, and Active Directory Replication Service use RPC for communication. Therefore, if the RPC service is not functioning properly on a network, you may experience any number of communication problems. Please run Test-ServicesHealth to check state of the Exchange services and double check the Event log for relevant error.
Besides, please try to run IISRESET to restart IIS internet services.

Thanks
