Hi,For this issue, you need to create the CA on the Windows Server to publish one certificate. The relevant names must be included in the Subject Alternative Name. The Issued to of the certificate should be the same as external name of Outlook Anywhere. After the certificate has been generated successfully, please apply it for the IIS. Then get the root certificate and install it on the outside client which connect Exchange server by using Outlook Anywhere. For the relationship between Outlook Anywhere and Certificate, please refer to the below article:http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/07/02/445698.aspxThanksAllen
