I am attempting to do a RIS install of XP using a server with Server 2003 with Active Directory installed. I have the server configured as a domain controller, however I have not added any computers or users as of yet. WhenI go to Add/Remove programs and then Add/Remove Windows Compnents to add the RIS service, it does not appear in the menu. The only service ther that begins with an R is Remote Storage. Ihad set up RIS once on Small Business Server 2003, soI am familiar with the process. However,I am using Server 2003 enterprise SP1 ( R2 is not yet installed) and cannot find the needed windows component to install the RIS service in the appropriate menu screen. Can anybody give me any pointers? Neither the 70-270 or the 70-290 MS Press book describe what to do if the service does not appear in ADD/REMOVE Windows Components. It only instructs to go here, check the box,and install the service. Thank you, Chris
