1. If you're referring to the connector between to 2003 and 2010 then you can add your other hub servers to the connector - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997292.aspx 2. If your talking about exch 2010, it will automatically load balace the hubs in the same AD site, should one fail it will use the other. 3. For CAS, you have to create a CAS array and preferably usw a HLB or WNLB. http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2010/high-availability-recovery/load-balancing-exchange-2010-client-access-servers-using-hardware-load-balancer-solution-part1.htmlSukh

Hi, The first routing group connector between Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2003 is created and configured during installation of the first Hub Transport server role in an existing Exchange organization. Exchange 2003 uses a link state routing table to maintain routing information on how email is routed in organization, and this table is updated when the routing group master effects a change in the mail routes. However, Link State routing isn’t used at all in Exchange 2010, which instead communicates with the Hub server directly and uses AD site cost to determine the shortest routing path.
