Hi,

Users are experiencing REF error on their Excel files, especially those which has many links. 

All is Okay in Office 2007 and 2010.

Any known issue of fix?

Could you tell me if this is a particular file to get #REF! Error?

You said >>All is Okay in Office 2007 and 2010. <<, did you mean you upgrade to 2013 from 2007 and 2010 and the file works fine in Office 2007 and 2010 previously?

Ideally, Excel shows this error when a formula contains a cell reference that isnt valid. You can refer to this article and check if these methods work for you:
