RBAC Access
New Exchange 2010 Install. Cannot access RBAC from EMC Toolbox. 404 Page cannot be displayed - this is after it asks me to log in. I tried using Domain Admin which i confirmed is a member of Exchange Org Admins. Any ideas do I need to repair the virtDir?

Hi SJMP, If you enter https://mail.contoso.com/ecp in the IE, can you log in successfully? And how about OWA? Same issue? Do other users have the same problem when they log on to OWA or ECP? If users can log on to OWA, when they click the Options->See All options (SP1), can they go to ECP page?Frank Wang

Hi SJMP, How about your question now?Frank Wang

I experienced this issue when I tried to use the web based RBAC from an administrative account we used to do the Exchange install. It looks like if there is no mailbox associated with an account you can not use this web based administration method (i.e. you recieve the message indicated above....although it's not actually a 404 page). I made my mail enabled accon a member of the "Organization Management" group and then was able to login to the web based resource fine.
