Hi jn2freedom, You can run Set-Mailbox -Identity "Username" -Languages "fr-FR" for these users to change the language: Details, please see: Set-Mailbox http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123981(EXCHG.80).aspx Frank Wang

Hi jn, If you are using Exchange 2003, the language for a user mailbox was determined by the language setting of the MAPI agent (such as the Outlook client) and not by the Exchange server. More information: Language setup for a mailbox with Exchange Server 2007 http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2009/01/28/450532.aspx XADM: Storage Limit Warning Messages Are Not in the Client Language(It is suitable to exchange 2003 as well) http://support.microsoft.com/kb/267950/en-usFrank Wang
