Quota Message on Exchange 2007
Hello, I know how to set a quota message. I need to know how to insert hard returns for the text. For example, I want it to look like: Your mailbox is becoming too large. The current size is 852 MB. Dear Customer, Your Outlook mailbox size is currently over your allocation of "current size". While you will still be able to send and receive messages and to schedule calendar appointments, please be aware that large mailbox sizes can cause slower response times with email and calendar functions. It is recommended that you conduct routine mailbox maintenance by deleting messages that are no longer needed or by archiving to a Personal Folder for future reference. For information on archiving or automatic deletion of older email messages, please see the FAQ, www.ddd.com. If you require assistance, please contact theHelp Desk at 555-555-5555. Respectfully, Customer Support How can I add the hard returns? When the message is received now it is just one long paragraph. Thank you! Kerry
