Quickstep does not categorize my task

Hi I've got two email accounts that I get email from: one is an Microsoft hosted outlook.com account  and the other is a employer hosted Microsoft Exchange style of account. When I build a quick step to move an email in the inbox of each account to set a category to lets say "test" and then move it to an archive pst file it doesn't seem to work with both accounts. The Outlook.com account seems to be fine however the Microsoft Exchange account doesn't set the category but does move the email to the archive pst.  I believe that it used to work and has only stopped working lately though I can't confirm that. To confirm quicksteps worked with the Microsoft Exchange style of account I created a sub folder in the Microsoft Eschange account and built a quick step to set the category and move it to the subfolder and that quick step worked correctly.  If I manually set the category and move the email it works correctly.

I've also varied the order by moving first and then set the category which didn't have any effect as it continued to work the same both ways...

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Based on my test, the Categorize and Move should be working on both Exchange account and Outlook.com account in Outlook.

Please start Outlook in safe mode to confirm whether the issue persists. Also try to recreate the "Categorize and Move" quick steps for your Exchange account in Outlook. If it still doesn't work, please reconfigure the account in Outlook to have a try.
