Queuesnapshot.XML apparently over 400 years old????

Received this alert today:

Alert description: The Diagnostics Aggregation
snapshot file has not been updated for at least 30 minutes.<br/>Snapshot
file name: C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\Logs\Hub\QueueViewer\QueueSnapShot.xml<br/>Snapshot
file timestamp: Monday, 1 January 1601 12:00:00 AM<br/>Maximum expected
age: 00:30:00<br/>Actual file age: 151119.05:23:32.4947248 File age
exceeds maximum

The correct path for the file is: C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\TransportRoles\Logs\Hub\QueueViewer\QueueSnapShot.XML

So the question is - what the?

This is a standard install of Exchange Server 2013 CU5 on Windows 2008R2

Can you right click on QueueSnapShot.XML select properties and post a screen shot of the general tab?

Installation files were obtained from Microsoft Premier Support.  There is no such file C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\Logs\Hub\QueueViewer\QueueSnapShot.xml

So nobody has any idea about this issue?

Obviously this is an undocumented feature

Check your C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\Bin\EdgeTransport.exe.config file on that server.

I had a customer with the same issue. They wanted to move the Transport Database to a different location. The Managed Availability event details, like the one you posted, showed a path to the QueueSnapShot.xml that did not exist on the server. If you need to change it back to the default setting, edit the EdgeTransport.exe.config file on that server.
