Question on High Availability Exchange , A.Directory Design
Hi There I would like to know how to design an High Availability solution for the following Requirement :- 1st Current Network Configurations:- 1-Dedicated Onsite Exchange 2007 Server. 2-Dedicated Onsite Active Directory 2003 Server. 3-HP 48 Ports Ethernet Switch , with 4 Ports Available ( All ports are ethernet). 4-No SAN Storage are used. 5-Windows 2008 Version is Standard. 2nd Required Design:- 1-Make the Exchange and Active Directory Available even if in case there is a H.W Failure in the Primary Servers. 2-Solution will be implemented at the same site i.e (Onsite). So with that being said what would I need form Licenses to design such a deployment ? Would I need a Load Balance Appliance to Balance between the Servers ? I would appreciate your quick response.
