Thank you for taking time to read my query. I was investigating and researching on a integration solution with Outlook - Business contact Manager 2010 with VOIP software. Preferably "RingCentral" if this is even possible
In Business Contact Manager(BCM), we do have an option that says "Phone Log" with a start timer.
Location of this option: Outlook --> Business Contact Manager --> Contact Management --> "Add history item" option with options "Business Note " Opportunity and "More' --> Clicking "More" gives the option for "Phone Log", upon clicking Phone Log, I see there are options like "Start Timer" and other functions, thus I tried researching as much as I could, but could not find any VOIP integration so far, that would initiate and link the call to the Phone log.
Is this even possible? I know for sure that we have VOIP integration as per online research relating to Outlook Contacts when the call button is clicked, so needed to if someone might have had a similar situation has undergone and figured that if this is even possible with Business Contact Manager.
