If you want to restore a message , you can use "Search-Mailbox" cmdlt to find and recover it;

We enable mailbox audit log on our Exchange Mailboxes with an auditlogagelimit of 90 days. Our objective is to keep our mailbox audit logs for 7 years. Are mailbox audit logs backed up with Exchange Database Backup? If yes, how can we restore these logs afterwards?

Exporting Audit logs is not option for us.
