Quattro Pro File Converter
Is there an available Microsoft file converter or a 3rd party converter to convert Quattro Pro files (.qpw) to Excel 2010?

Hi,

Support for Quattro Pro was dropped in Excel 2007. Alternatives:

- Open the .qpw file in Excel 2003 or before and save as .xls.

- Export the .qpw file from Quattro Pro to a format that Excel 2010 can read.

Best Regards,

This underscores just how useless Microsoft is. When I got the 2010 version of Office, I hoped it could import my financial records which are in .wb3.

This is also why I will not "upgrade" from Windows 7 if I can avoid it. The last thing I want is for Microsoft's "improved" operating systems to mess up Quattro Pro for me the way they made Photopaint almost unusable and caused trouble with MathCAD 8, both of which cost me well over $100. If Quattro Pro won't work in Windows 8 or 10, I will be unable to access my financial records.

"Export the .qpw file from Quattro Pro to a format that Excel 2010 can read" is worthless because Quattro Pro won't export an entire workbook.
