Pull calendar report for rooms

We have a number of meeting/conference rooms. Some of these have specific equipment in them, this is listed in the room details on AD.

I have been asked to provide a report on the use of these rooms, I am thinking it can be done using powershell but I wondered if anyone had done this before or knew how to do it without having someone go look at the calendar of each room and make a note of each time it was booked.

It can probably be done in PowerShell.  But lacking any specifics on how you've configured things, it's impossible to give you any advice.  How about you spend some effort trying to craft a PowerShell script and come back with specific questions if and when you have them?

Hi,

Based on my knowledge, there is no report for the use of room calendar. The easiest method to check it is that assign some specific users reviewer or higher permission to these rooms calendars and view calendar items directly in room calendar to get the report.

Additionally, we can use message tracking logs to search the calendar items send to room mailboxes as a workaround. Then export the search results to a CSV file to get the report.
