Publishing a calendar to the address book : exchange 2013

We are wanting to setup a shared company calendar with all the company events on it that everyone can access.

I am familiar with resource calendars, but in this case the company calendar is not a specific "place" or "room" because it might have events on it that are at multiple locations.

We are not currently using public folders and I'd like not to open that can of worms. Is there another simple way to public a standard calendar to the address book so users can easily add it as a shared calendar?

Hi

I would just create a mailbox called "Company Calendar" and give everyone access to its calendar.  You could do this as a regular or resource mailbox it doesn't really matter.

Another option would be a SharePoint calendar but only if you are already using SharePoint.
