Publishing Certs to the GAL with Outlook and Exchange 2007
Hello, I have a question about publishing certs. I can publish my cert fine (But I am a domain admin) A Normal user gets the following error: Microsoft Offoce Outlook cannot publish your certificates. The Server may be offline or your certificates may be invalid. COntact your admin if the problem persists. Now I did just add him as a domain admin for testing and he was able to publish the cert. I did this for testing. Where in Exchange 2007 can I set it up to where domain users can publish the certs to the GAL? Thanks

Sorry for the delay. Authenicated Users have Enroll and Read. Domain Admins have Wrtie as well though. Should Authenicated users need Write to publish to the GAL? If I am using a Smartcard.... Should I just set the template to AutoEnroll and when they request a cert and it writes to the Smartcard I wouldnt have to worry about publishing to the GAL?
