Public folders migration from Exchange 2007

Hi Experts,

One of our customer following the below article to migrate the public folders from Exchange 2007 to Office 365 (Non profit plan ) and has few questions.

Questions:

1. Will there be any functionality differences for using Exchange 2007 Public Folders and Office 365 Public folders?

I only see one question!

1.  Yes, there are some functional differences. 

OWA doesn't work with non-mail-type folders, such as calendars, for one. 

Another is that there is now just one readable and writable copy of a folder.  The benefit of that is reduced chances of race conditions since there's no replication delay to updates, but race conditions aren't eliminated.  The downside is that if you have users in multiple geographies, you may need to think very carefully about which database on which you place your public folder mailboxes so that folders used primarily in one geography has a mounted copy lo
