Currently the owner of the public folder has to manually add users to the same. Thanks in advance

Hi Gadre you can achieve this by creating public folders via 1)Login in to exchange 2007 > open Exchange management Console > open Tool box > Public Folder Management Console > click on Default Public folder > on Right hand side Actions Pane click New folder and give a name to a folder. After creating public folder, right click on the folder you created and Click on MAIL ENABLE to send and receive email 2) Forwarding email sent to this folder to Administrator inbox or anyone you like to delegate Right click on the folder > Properties > Mail flow settings > Delivery options > check the box Forward to and Browse the account you want to forward a mail and the box Delver message to both forwarding address and mailbox In this senerio all the domain users can view the mails delivered to public folder, only administrator has full controll on these public folder, if you like you can modify the security permission in public folder properties. With best regards siddu sajjan : Disclaimer: This posting is provided "as is" with no warranties, and confers no rights.

Hi You can create a Security Group which contains all users in that particular domain. Then give the view access permission to this security group: 1. Open Outlook, right click the public folder and choose properties. 2. In permission tab, click add to add the security group, change the permission level to "Reviewer". Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. Thanks

Hi, Thanks for the reply this would surely help me in giving permissions to all users in the domain. We would like to understand in case the FolderUsers and FolderAdmins can help us achieve the same. As there would be some reason for creating them when a domain is created via. HMC 4.5 RU6.
