Public folder Listed in Exchange 2007 but does not show up in Outlook Client
I have a public folder that appears to be missing on Outook clients but is listed in the Exchange 2007 Management Console public folder tool. The odd part is if I create a new public folder within outlook with its name it prompts me with an error folder already exists. It's only recently that this folder has gone missing. Any ideas?

Use PFDAvadmin and verify that the permissions are correct. Also verify that the folder is visible.

If you do not have permissions to the folder you will not be able to see it in Outlook. You can use the Exchange Management Shell to view permissions. PFDAvadmin works great too. You can type this command in the Management Shell to see what permissions are set on the folder. Get-PublicFolderClientPermission -Identity "\Publicfoldername\Subfoldername" | fl

It was a permissions issue. Thanks for the help. I was shooting too much in the Exchange GUI and couldn't find anything permissions related.
