Does anyone know of a free tool or cheap tool to extract public folders to the file system. We are doing away with public folders and need to have these documents available via the file system? I have researched and found that there was a free tool at gotdotnet called Exchange Public Folder Extractor but I cannot find it anywhere. Thanks Jay

There are no Exchange Server tools for this function I also checked the tool you said, per my searching, its no longer available on its website. You may consider other 3rd-party solution like GFI PST-Exchange Email Export tool
