Can you create two separate public folder databases, and see see both within Outlook ?

If you have 2 Exchange servers then you can as you can only have 1 PF database per server. Outlook will only see folders that the user has permission to not the actual databases, but you can have different folders coming from 2 or more servers.

ok, I do have two Mail Servers (2007), and each has it's own PF database. So, I just have to add permissions to my second PF, and the user will see both PF's, if they have the proper permissions ?

Perhaps I should ask what your goal is. Normally public folders are replicated between servers for resilience, is there a reason why you want to have 2 different sets of folders?

We have a public folder from an existing acquisition, and we want to import there PF into our Exchange Organization, in a separate PF.

You can add it to your current public folder database and control access to it with the appropriate permissions or create a new public folder DB on the other server if that is what you are more comfortable with. It doesn't matter which server hosts the folders from a client point of view as long as the permissions are correct.

thanks, it seems creating a 2nd PF Db on another Mail server might be a pain. Plus, the other Mail server is in another AD site, but same Org. I'll just import the acquisition PF, into a folder on our existing PF. Thank you

That'll work. There's no need to replicate the folder content if you don't want to. Just make sure the permissions on the new public folders allow the necessary access.
