Public Folder in Outlook
Have Public Folders for our company email and permissions to a few people. We can see that we have messages and the Subject and attachments but we can't see the message itself. So an example To: jlakjdljaf Subject: Problems Attachment: DOC MSG nothing. So any notes or comments can't be read. Is there a setting that I'm missing. We also currently have it forwarding to a person's email and can be read fine

Is this reproducible all the time? These are just regular emails sent by your exchange users to the public folder correct? Typically missing public folder message body's are due to third party particular antivirus\anti-spam on the exchange server or on the client. Please post what AV you're using and if the outlook clients have any additional third party AV plug ins. Hello, Does this issue to all the emails in the public folder? Try to check the public folder via the Exchange Side and see whether the contents can be seen properly. Thanks, Simon
