Is it in development to see Public Folder Hierarchy (for administration) in EMC or in future is it only possible to administer there in monad?

Not quite correct. Like I've said in other threads, we're planning incremental GUI for various features in post-RTM service packs. I can't comment on any details as we're still in the planning stages. Thanks, ~vivek
