Public Folder email in Exchange 2007
I know that with Exchange 2007 they have moved away from Public Folders. However as I did an upgrade I was able to keep my public folder. I had an email address for a public folder. Is there a way to modify this address in 2007. Since it is not a mailbox I can't see it in the management console and from my outlook if I go to properties, I don't have an email tab option. Thanks Sam

Contrary to popular opinion, E2K7 still supports public folders. Exchange has not moved away from public folder support yet, but the future direction does not seem to include them. Anyway, that being said, E2K7 SP1 will have support in the GUI for managing public folder properties. In the meantime, you can change mail-enabled public folder properties using either the Exchange System Manager from E2K3 (if you still have it running) or you can use the Set-MailPublicFolder cmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell.
