Public Folder Permissions
I am new to Exchange and need to assign users permission to create or post to public folders in Outlook. How do I allow users to post items into public folders to then further set permissions for other users to view? Please assist.

You assign permissions to create public folders with Outlook You click properties of a public folder and then you configure the correct rights for your recipients Mind that for Top Level folders you need extra permissions that cannot be set with Outlook This has a procedure to remove top level permissions but you can use the same procedure to add permissions http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822576 Deli
